Returns and Exchanges
Make sure the product in unused and in it’s original packaging with it’s tags attached and seal the box. For returns there is a transportation fee of €7,00 for the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, which will be deduced on the total refund. For returning fee’s for other EU or non-EU countries contact our support team.
If you are a customer in The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany you can start a return and fill in the return form.
For other countries contact our support prior starting a return request.
After receiving the product and we ensured it is in good condition a refund will be issued. For help or questions regarding returns or exchanges contact us at support@theburgerjacket.com
Return form:
We accept returns within 14 days for orders shipped in the EU. Make sure the product is unused and in it’s original packaging.
After processing your return form it can take up to 14 days for you to receive a refund. This also depends on the payment method used and or your location.
To be able to exercise your right to withdraw you must respect these terms to receive a refund:
- The notification that you wish to return the products must be received by our Support team within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery. Refund requests made after 14 days will not be processed.
- Products must be sent in their original packing. Product refunds will not be accepted if the product is used and/or absent of it’s original packaging and tags.
- Products must be returned complete and without any signs of having been used or damaged.
In the event the terms listed above are not respected, or if the returned products are damaged or have been used The Burger Jacket and Gemivio VOF, reserve the right to refuse to accept or process the returned item(s).
Returns of orders from countries other than those in which they were delivered will not be accepted.
